Andrea is a board-certified Registered Dietitian and genomic medicine clinician with over 25 years of experience in medical nutrition therapy. She holds a Master’s in Nutrition and Applied Physiology from Columbia University and specializes in bone health, sports nutrition, and chronic disease management. 

Her private practice integrates cutting-edge science with compassionate care, empowering older adults through personalized, evidence-based strategies. Andrea taught sports nutrition at Columbia University and co-authored the book Nutrient Timing for Peak Performance. Her osteoporosis program blends genomics, nutrition, and patient education to support stronger bones and healthier aging.
